BugKidz naturally supports the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) — particularly Learning Outcome 2: “Children are connected with and contribute to their world,” with Outcome 2.4 especially relevant. This outcome focuses on children becoming socially responsible and showing respect for the environment by building awareness of the interdependence between people, plants, animals and the land. Through BugKidz, children explore nature in meaningful, hands-on ways and are encouraged to care for natural resources, practise sustainable habits, and take part in simple responsible actions like recycling, composting and caring for living things.
